Shipping policy

  • Customer has the option to get the order picked up from our place, for this the customer will have to inform us before placing the order.
  • In case the customer does not request us for self pickup then we will ship the order to the shipping address that the customer has provided, customer also agrees that the shipping of the product is additional service provided by us on behalf of the customer when the customer places an order on website without self pickup option and we can not be held liable in case of any delay or non delivery of the order to the customer address due to any reason.
  • We will ship the products within 2 days after getting the order(s).
  • After shipping the products would deliver usually by 5-7 days. It may take less or more time than this estimated time depending on various conditions including but not limited to things like location, weather, technical issues, political unrest, holidays etc.
  • We may send the tracking link immediately after fulfillment. Using this link, you can see the courier name, tracking number, expected date of delivery, and location of the packet(s).
  • You can track your order by going to your orders on website and click tracking link. Or you can go to the bottom of website and track you order by clicking track your order option in information and feed the order id or awb number.
  • Delivery could take longer for remote locations and shall depend on the third-party logistics company’s policies.
  • Delivery could also take less time than the estimated time.
  • Orders will dispatch within 2 working days; it is the minimum time taken to prepare the order. 
  • The Company cannot hold liable if, in a case, there is any delay in dispatching the order due to an unforeseen circumstance. 
  • The company cannot be held liable if, in a case, the courier is not able to deliver the parcel to customer.
  • If the order has been marked as delivered but customer has not received it then customer has to inform us about the issue within 12 hours from the time the order has been marked as delivered. After 12 hours no claim will be accepted and it will be assumed that the customer has received the order. Final decision will be as provided by the courier service provider.
  • If in case of an delay or non delivery of your order please contact the courier company. As our responsibility is only till we ship the order from our warehouse.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Note: If your address is ODA location then, you have to self collect the parcel from the courier office.
  • Delivery time mentioned on the product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, weather condition and address where the product is to be delivered and courier company’s rules. 
  • Any order can be cancelled from our side with or without any reason and full refund will be issued to the customer in this case.
  • Users are requested to enter the correct billing address, as it appears on Govt. approved documents, Your bank or credit card statement. 
  • The client must give the correct contact number/mobile number, so all the delivery related SMS you will get timely, and the delivery boys would be contacting you successfully at the time of final delivery.
  • If any disputes raised at the time of delivery, we will be here to help you. The order(s) may also be verification further by us.
  • Make sure also to enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, landmark, City, State, and Pin code) as we are not liable for the package(s) that delivered to the wrong address.
  • If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, click some pictures of the package and write instruction to courier boy (The package is tampered or damaged in courier so, I will not accept the order) and send us a mail at indianseeds.in@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number and attached pictures. We shall investigate the issue further and if the reason is found correct then we will provide a resolution.
  • Multiple order from single customer can be combined as one package and shipped from our side.
  • Single order containing multiple products or units can be shipped in multiple shipments from our side.

Cash on Delivery order rules –

👉 We may contact you on your given number to confirm your order details. If we are unable to verify your details then your order will be put on hold or cancelled.
👉 Customer agrees that after cod order verification the customer will not reject the order. If the order is rejected by the customer then the customer will be liable to both way shipping charges (Shipping Charges are mentioned on Refund Policy Page).

👉 We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if we do not have the confidence that the customer will accept its delivery.
